About
An agile company building the connection between people and AI agents.
The company
AIRIA Systems GmbH is a Berlin-based company developing processes and tools for collaboration between people and AI agents. We carry the legal and commercial responsibility for every solution we publish — today my-book.ai, soon ParlAIment.app and ParlAIment.eu.
Our applications run on European infrastructure, under our own brand and under our own responsibility. That is what keeps us honest: every component has to prove itself in real-world use — in products that are actually being used.
This focus is by design, not by accident. We pick specialised problems that larger vendors don't pursue — small enough to deliver quickly, important enough to the customer to be worth getting right; the data stays with them, the work stays within European borders. That alignment with Europe's move toward greater technological autonomy is part of what makes the work worth doing.
Founders
Two founders. Twenty years of building products together.
Co-founder · CEO · Managing Director
Marion Eickmann
Twenty years of strategy and organisational consulting; co-founded agile42 in 2005. Runs the company, customer engagement, and editorial discipline.
Co-founder · CTO · Managing Director
Andrea Tomasini
Twenty years of agile delivery and software architecture; co-founded agile42 in 2005. Sets technical direction across the platform and the solutions; edits everything that ships.
AIRIA Systems is intentionally kept focused. Marion and Andrea founded agile42 together in 2005 and spent nearly two decades building it — from the first projects to an international consulting company with offices in more than ten countries. AIRIA Systems is a new joint innovation born from that experience and from the question of how people and AI agents can work together meaningfully on real products.
For selected projects, AIRIA Systems collaborates with long-standing companions and specialised partners.
